It's very quiet in this thread in terms of praise for that fantastic effort. I know last week was just awful but credit where it's due please.

The Bombers have made the finals !!!

That's because we've lost the art of completely overwhelming , smashing and humiliating other teams perhaps with the exception of The Weagles this season but have been smashed and humiliated ourselves so many times :(

Bizarre couple of weeks! Seriously, WTF??

Anyway, we’ve weirdly made finals. Seems crazy. To me, it looks like we’re heading in the same direction as all our other finals appearances in the past 15 years - a smashing. But as we’ve see this year, anything is possible.

Not confident for next week. 6 day turnaround from Perth. Have we ever returned from there with any success the following week?
Unfortunately, you can't drown a witch!

Outstanding win! This is character building stuff. From the depths of last week, to the season defining game last night. Great turnaround.

Shiel just busted his guts for our club. Awesome 8)

Zach Merrett. What a champ. Class is written all over this bloke =D>

Adam Saad player like a man possessed. Well, he does that most weeks. Congrats on playing in your first finals series.

Darcy Parish just keeps on impressing. Has had a great season. Easily the most improved this year =D>

Paddy Ambrose has been super solid in defence. Love the way he goes about his task.

Special mention to Zerk-Thatcher. Well played on your debut. Looked the goods! A first up win is awesome. Especially when it means the club will play finals.

And to my man Kyle Langford =D> =D> =D>

Fantastic last quarter young man. Put the game well and truly in our keeping. Keep on keeping on boy, you’re doing a fine job vingertje

Time to accept that he is a regular. His output is good. To add to his midfield contributions, he’s kicked 14.3 this season. That’s great conversion =D> =D> =D>

Damn I love everything about the look of Zerk-Thatcher - height, muscular build, positiveness, energy - the shape of Essendon to come. Goddamn, I hope the injury Gods spare him next year because we will have another Hooker on the field. :D :D
